1- You must be over the age of eighteen years old to make a booking with Nomad Tours. If Nomad Tours accepts your booking, you will be sent a final confirmation or an invoice within seven days after your booking and a contract will be made between you and us.
2- Minors cannot travel on their own. All bookings must have a legal guardian or adult over the age of 18, unless where dictated by law. Where a child is traveling without a parent, and with a legal guardian or another family member a child travel consent letter must be provided.
3- If you book through a travel agency, the travel agent will hold your non-refundable deposit and any other payments until Nomad Tours sends a confirmation of booking or invoice.
4- The maximum baggage weight allowed on our Tours is not to exceed 15Kg and not exceeding dimensions of a 60 Liter backpack. Only one big backpack (up to 60 liters) and one small backpack (up to 10 liters) are allowed per passenger.
5- Migration days are subject to change due to the harsh weather conditions. We try to keep the overall program almost the same as planned and we propose a plan B in case of any problem, but travelers have to notice that nomads could change their migration schedule or life routines (because of cultural or weather concerns) to some extent without prior notification to us. In any case, we try our best to keep the program without many changes and we will consider your preferences. For instance in case of rain, migration would be delayed for 1-2 days and we will do the city tour first.
6- You will need hiking shoes and warm hiking clothes for the trip. if you don’t have any, please let us know so we will be able to find you a suitable one and lend it to you.
7- By coming to this tour, you have accepted to comply with Iran hijab law. We kindly ask you to keep your veil and scarf while travelling with us and especially in rural areas. Since we are trying to respect local tradition and costume as much as possible and be in harmony with them.
8- We kindly ask you to follow the tour guides instructions concerning the timing, route and potential risks. Otherwise we cannot accept further responsibilities in case of any change in the plan or probable accidents.
– All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded before confirmation or if the orders cannot be confirmed from our side.
– FULL Refund for the cancellations due to the visa rejection, if the visa procedures are done by IRANomad Tours.
– In Premium tours 15% of the fee is non-refundable.
If for any reason, you want to cancel the tour and services the refund policy depends on the date of your desission:
– If the tour is canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemy, the payment will be fully refunded.
